What we collect
Your email and, if you give it, a phone number and name, plus the course details, instructions and rubric you send with a request. The site uses aggregate analytics only, and forms carry a hidden field that filters out automated spam.
What we never collect
We never ask for a Liberty username or password, Canvas access or card numbers over chat. If a message claiming to be from us asks for a password, it is not from us.
How it is used
To write and deliver your sample and to reply about your own requests. Writers see the course context, not your contact details. We do not sell or share client information, and we never contact your school or employer.
How long we keep it
Request materials are kept while your request is open and for a short period afterward, then deleted. Ask the desk and we delete your record sooner and confirm it in writing.
